Better Service In Utah Deflects Regulation Cable managers looking for new ways to wage the local public relations battle may want to review the latest chapter in the industry's struggle to avoid regulation in Utah. In one year, the state's cable business has gone from the brink of legislation that would have given the Public Service Commission jurisdiction over customer service problems to winning the PSC chairman's acknowledgement that no such regulation is needed or likely.
