ACA plots research study for Wilkes-Barre. (American Cable Advertising; cable television advertising research for Satellite Ad Net of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania)

American Cable Advertising is preparing a research report on Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and plans to use it to create a "hit list" of prospective ad accounts to call on for Satellite Ad Net, the local interconnect. American Cable, a three-month-old national-spot rep firm for cable, recently signed up Satellite Ad Net as its first client.

The interconnect represents seven cable systems with 186,000 subscribers in the Wilkes-Barre/scranton market. "Now that we've signed the market, we want to promote the market"' said Howard Rosenblum, American Cable's senior vice president of marketing and research.
