Despite potential legislation from the Senate regulating sexual content on the Internet, neither Playboy Enterprises nor Graft Pay-Per-View plan to alter their respective World Wide Web Internet sites. Citing First Amendment rights, executives from both companies said they will continue to program their sites with adult-oriented images and messages.

Late last month, the Senate passed Sen. James Exon's (D-Neb.) amendment to the telecom bill proposing stiff fines and prison terms for Internet service providers that transmit pornographic or "indecent" material on the Internet to children 18 years old or younger.
