Cable is once again part of the Olympics television mix as CNBC and America's Talking will join NBC in televising the 2000 Summer Olympics and the 2002 Winter Olympics. But while the industry will not have to endure the logistical and financial nightmare of the 1992 pay-per-view Olympics Triple-Cast, some operators are already concerned about altering the programming lineups of the two niche services to make room for well over 100 hours of Olympics coverage.
