Time Warner Inc. asked Ohio regulators to intervene in its negotiations with one of the state's phone providers, while another went to court to reverse the MSO's earlier regulatory gains. Last week, Time Warner asked the Ohio Public Utilities Commission to mediate its negotiations with Ameritech Corp.
