Can Transmit 135 Channels Time Warner Cable is taking a serious look at moving to bandwidth levels above 750 megahertz in urban markets on the strength of a new, power-doubling, RF hybrid developed by Philips Semiconductor. "We are certainly interested in the possibility," said James Chiddix, senior vice president of engineering and technology at Time Warner.

"We'd be foolish not to give it serious consideration."
