NEW YORK - Senior Time Warner Inc. executives were lining up for depositions in advance of a court hearing to determine whether city officials can force the company's system here to carry Fox News Channel on a government-access channel. In one of his first official duties as vice chairman of Time Warner, Ted Turner was being questioned in private here by city lawyers at press time last Friday afternoon.
Other executives who are slated to give depositions this week are Time Warner chairman Gerald Levin, Time Warner Cable programming vice president Fred Dressler and Time Warner Cable New York City president Richard Aurelio.
