Playboy: DOJ Goofed on Filing.(Brief Article)

WASHINGTON -- Playboy Entertainment Group Inc. claimed that the Department of Justice committed a procedural gaffe that effectively bars a three-judge panel from considering the DOJ's request that the court amend its recent channel- scrambling ruling, won by Playboy. The DOJ then notified the court that it intended to appeal the case to the Supreme Court.
