CINCINNATI -- An enhanced version of biller Convergys Corp.'s "Integrated Communications Operations Management System (ICOMS)" is now available for cable systems offering bundled voice, video and data solutions. The product recently completed its monthlong beta test in a 400,000-subscriber Cox Communications Inc.
market. Two other ICOMS users also collaborated on the development of the product, according to Convergys. In total, the clients offer bundled service to about 11 million customers in the United States and Britain. All three intend to roll out the enhanced ICOMS product this year.
