Hostetter Bankrolls Distance Learning.(to be offered by C-SPAN and University of Denver)(Brief Article)

DENVER -- The Cable Center plans to announce today (April 30) that it has formed a partnership with the University of Denver and C-SPAN to create a television-based distance learning program at The Cable Center.
The project will link DU and, eventually, other students to Washington for courses in political communication that use C-SPAN programming. Cable pioneer Amos B. Hostetter Jr. will underwrite the five-year pilot project.
