ATLANTA -- Cox Communications Inc. said all of its subscribers can now pay their bills online for three services: residential cable, high-speed Internet service and telephony. Customers can visit the MSO's corporate Web site (www.cox.com) and click on the "View/Pay Your Bill" tab to access account and payment functions.
Subscribers can pay by credit card, but Cox said it won't keep credit-card information. For security reasons, a session ends when a subscriber logs off, closes the browser or takes a break for more than a few minutes during the payment process.
