ATLANTA -- Cox Communications Inc. continued its high-definition service rollout in Oklahoma City and Cleveland last week. The MSO will offer HD customers the option to buy their Scientific-Atlanta Explorer 3100 HD boxes for $499 at local retail stores. Cox, which now offers HD in seven markets, also said last week it would offer the boxes in Phoenix through Best Buy Inc.
