VH1 elevated a pair of programming executives: MICHAEL HIRSCHORN to executive vice president, production and programming and SHELLY TATRO to senior VP, production and programming. The network also added three programming staffers: JIM ACKERMAN joins VH1 as vice president, development production and programming; JEFF OLDE as executive consultant; and MATT HANNA as director, development.
