Each year, sleepy Stuart, Fla. emerges into the international limelight as host of the four-day Treasure Coast Sailfish Championship, one of the world's most elite fishing and boating events. It was in these promising waters that Dorothy Rosch, sales manager for Adelphia Media Services of Jensen Beach, Fla., went fishing for spot cable clients.

"I wanted Adelphia to become involved with this prestigious tournament and saw future revenue opportunities if I could get a piece of the action," she said.
