Fox Cable Networks Group has bulked up its affiliate marketing and ad-sales team, naming former ABC Cable Networks Group executive Todd Schoen as senior vice president of affiliate marketing and ad sales. Schoen, who held the same title at ABC Cable, replaces Janice Arouh, who left Fox for a job at Hallmark Channel in January.

"With the addition of Todd, I think I now have the best management team in the country among programmers," Fox Cable executive vice president of affiliate sales and marketing Lindsay Gardner said last week.
