ATLANTA -- The Broadcast Cable Financial Management Association, with its Broadcast Cable Credit Association subsidiary, will hold its 44th annual convention here from May 16 to 18, including presentations from Comcast Corp. co-chief financial officers John Alchin and Lawrence Smith and Cox Communications Inc.
CFO Jimmy Hayes. Alchin and Smith will receive BCFM's "CFO of the Year" award, for their work in Comcast's rapid integration of AT&T Broadband. The general session on May 11th will take a look at the radio, television and cable industries from three perspectives, and will feature TV One Inc. president and CEO Johnathan Rodgers, Securities and Exchange Commission commissioner Roel Campos and Deutsche Bank Securities analyst Drew Marcus. ...
