CNN apologized to its viewers Thursday night after the producer of the Democratic National Convention, Don Mischer--frustrated with a delay in workers dropping red, white and blue balloons after Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry gave his acceptance speech--dropped the f-bomb. "What the f--are you guys doing up there?" Mischer shouted at workers in charge of the balloons, with CNN running live audio of the tirade.
CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer apologized to viewers minutes after Mischner let it ride.
