AUSTIN, TEXAS -- General Bandwidth said that California cable overbuilder SureWest Communications will deploy the company's G6 voice-over-internet protocol Media Gateway for its VoIP deployment. SureWest is offering VoIP services to residents and businesses in the Sacramento/Roseville, Calif., area.
