Insight selects CSG gear to manage voice service.(Insight Communications Company Inc., CSG Systems Inc.)(Brief Article)

NEW YORK -- CSG Systems Inc. said Insight Communications Co. has selected its CSG Data Mediation to handle the MSO's voice service offering. The software will allow Insight to capture and manage network usage data and communicate with other internal systems to ensure phonecalls are accurately recorded and billed.
Insight also will be able to exchange fees with other telephone providers for calls that Insight's customers make over multiple service provider networks.
