Apple Computer Inc. will show some pricing and packaging flexibility with its iTunes video-download service by offering a $9.99 monthly subscription package for Comedy Central's The Daily Show With ]on Stewart and The Colbert Report. The new "Multi-Pass" feature on iTunes will allow iPod users with video-enabled versions to buy 16 new episodes a month of each show for $9.99.

Consumers who opt for the package will get episodes downloaded automatically by 8 a.m. (ET) the morning after they air on the channel, Comedy Central said last week. Consumers can still buy individual episodes of both shows for $1.99 each.
