Not only do revelers find a good time, but in recent years, hosts are using the bacchanals as a way to raise cash for charity, too.

For instance, TV Guide set up its party central at the club Social Hollywood, where the attendees ranged from A (Adam Carolla, Allison Janney of The West Wing ) to Z (Zach Braff of NBC's Scrubs ). Even the "prize girls" from the summer hit Deal or No Deal were there, we're told, along with that show's host, Howie Mandel.
