Comcast Mark O'Leary was named vice president of business services, Comcast of Central California. He was running his own consulting practice, PHI Performance Systems, and has worked for Excite@Home and AT&T.
Disney Media Michelle Scarola was promoted to senior vice president, TV sales and Eastern multimedia leader, for the newly-created Disney Media Advertising Sales and Marketing Group.
