By Staff Court Is Back on Dish, Reaching Fewer Viewers Staff Englewood, Colo. -- After being dropped for more than one month, Court TV was back on EchoStar Communications' Dish Network Friday, but on a tier that reaches 3 million fewer subscribers than under its previous agreement.

Turner Broadcasting System, Court TV's parent, and EchoStar announced Friday that they signed an affiliation agreement that restored distribution of the justice network. But now Court TV will be carried as part of Dish Network's "America's Top 200" package. That tier of programming, formerly called "America's Top 120," reaches about 8 million subscribers.
