By Mike Farrell Tom Rutledge again pointed to the growth potential of the commercial phone services in Cablevision Systems's metropolitan New York footprint, but the cable company's chief operating officer has his eye on an opportunity that may be even bigger: the order-fulfillment business.

Rutledge told investors and investment bankers at the Bear Stearns Media Conference in Palm Beach, Fla., last Wednesday that Cablevision estimates that commercial telecommunications is about a $3 billion-per-year business.
