By Staff BBC Eyes Ad Revenue Through YouTube Deal Staff London -- The BBC will create three branded channels on Google's YouTube, a partnership that underscores the video-sharing site's attempts to build legitimate avenues of distribution. The companies said the multiyear deal, financial terms of which were not disclosed, was nonexclusive.

BBC said it will generate "new revenues" from ads sold on the BBC News and BBC Worldwide channels on YouTube.
