By Staff 15K Hit the Strip For Cable Show '07 Staff Las Vegas - About 15,000 people attended The Cable Show here this week, according to projections from the National Cable & Telecommunications Association. Attendance dropped by about 500 from last year's confab in Atlanta, where the NCTA said it counted about 15,500.
It's the second consecutive year that attendance has dropped at the convention. The NCTA drew about 17,000 people to its 2005 event in San Francisco. The Cable Show is scheduled to be held in New Orleans next year.
