Lady of the Lake: Why Bernice Miller Likes 'Traditional' Jobber Marketing In the middle of Lake of the Ozarks, one of the Midwest's most beautiful tourist resort areas, is a woman jobber who has built a strong, 3.25 million gal./year Phillips jobbership by concentrating on oil marketing basics and avoiding sidelines such as convenience stores.
