The book clearly articulates the vision, values and passion it took to go from zero stores in 1985 to a worldwide name with thousands of stores--a company responsible for taking a commodity and making it cool for the masses to passionately savor coffee, great coffee, a secret jealously enjoyed by Italians and Italian coffee connoisseurs.
