Contractors are meeting a tight timetable for a huge warehouse under construction for Associated Grocers (AG) New England in Pembroke, N.H. "This is a very aggressive construction schedule but we expect to complete the project on time," said David Gear, one of two project superintendents for general contractor CMC Associates of Hanover, Mass.
CMC has less than a year to build approximately 380,000 square feet of warehouse, administration offices and maintenance garage at the 70-acre tract in this southern New Hampshire community. AG New England will more than double its product storage capacity with the completion of the new...
