DOT: Notice. The Department of Transportation recommends updating requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504. It wants to ensure that transit providers' programs are accessible, codify the DOT's practice concerning the issuance of guidance on disability matters and update requirements concerning rail station platforms.
