Staff Seattle -- Sellen Construction Co. recently announced three personnel changes. Andrew Aiken was named CFO to replace Kurt Nulph , who will retire at the end of the year. A graduate of UCLA and the Seattle University School of Law, Aiken will manage financial functions, capital planning and investments, with oversight of insurance and stock ownership.
Barry Strand , an employee for 17 years, was promoted to project manager, and six-year employee Clark Lindsay was promoted to field manager. Portland -- Bruce Cummings , founder and president of B.J. Cummings Co., died in March. Cummings founded his general contracting company in 1962, focusing on tenant improvement projects for private clients. He transferred ownership of the firm...
