Better manage and maintain your automation system with Simatic Step 7 professional, a new software package developed by the supplier. Simatic Step 7 professional is designed for use on a Microsoft Windows[R] operating system. The software package divides and then manages each project into seven steps. It contains all five IEC 61131-defined controller programming languages, giving you the capability of programming your project with any combination of those languages. It will then apply the best language for each step of the project. Also included is a simulation application; it allows you to test a program for troubleshooting before applying it to your line.
