The Nutec m600 combines the advantages of Hewlett-Packard thermal ink-jet technology with the demands of the industrial packaging market. The printer uses the ubiquitous HP thermal ink-jet 2.5 cartridge, which produces high printing quality and reliability. The entire printing technology is located in an exchangeable cartridge, eliminating the need for spare parts or solvents. Inks are water-based and ecologically friendly. In two years, Nutec has installed more than 650 systems.

Industrially designed print sockets are made of anodized aluminum and gasketed faceplates. The control system features a totally sealed, NEMA 4, CE-marked enclosure with solid-state electronics and an operating system running on three firmware chips. The entire system has no moving...
