The CMF-10 filler is designed to fill spouted pouches with liquids at speeds of up to 20 pouches/min, depending on product viscosity, spout design and pouch size. The versatile machine is said to be user-friendly, with quick changeovers that make it suitable for short runs and sample preparation. Options include a magazine for pouch feeding and an automated cap-feeding bowl. A vacuum-decay leak-detection system can also be added to ensure pouch integrity. The system has a filling range from 100 to 5,000 mL.
