Organic Dairy Conference in March.(News)(Soil Association)(Brief Article)

The Soil Association, in conjunction with Tetra Pak, is to hold a one-day conference about Organic Dairy production at the National Agricultural Centre, Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, on Tuesday, March 12, 2002.
The conference will address production, processing, marketing and packaging issues relating to organic dairy products.
The principal speakers will include Kevin Bellamy, chief executive of the Milk Development Council; Mike Ansell, managing director of Tetra Pak Ltd; Ed Roberts, sales and marketing director of Dairy Crest Ltd; Lucy Neville-Rolfe, group corporate affairs director of Tesco Ltd; John Alvis of cheese producers Alvis Bros; and Sally Bagnall of OMSCo (Organic Milk Supplies Co-operative).
