Pilgrim Software, Inc., a global provider of enterprise quality management and business process solutions, has announced that it has appointed Juergen Hahn to the position of Vice President of Services and Support. Hahn will build on Pilgrim's customer relationships to continuously improve the communication process and ensure customer satisfaction.

Hahn's duties also include implementing policies and high-level procedures for the department.
