MonoSol LLC has announced that it had acquired substantially all of the assets of Kosmos Pharma Limited and formed a new venture, MonoSolRx.
MonoSolRx, a subsidiary of MonoSol LLC, will leverage the combined strength of MonoSol LLC and Kosmos Pharma to commercialize oral film strip products for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets.
Founded in 1953, MonoSol LLC is an international leader in water soluble films, manufacturing films at two Northwest Indiana-based locations for large industrial and Fortune 100 consumer companies In addition, MonoSol LLC recently completed its cGMP facility and launched a line of breath freshener and pet training oral films in the USA, Europe and Asia.
