This transmitter is the first in the industry to be ITU G.695 compliant for CWDM spacing, and it utilizes a unique variable optical output power range that significantly reduces spare inventory, decreases the need for optical attenuators, and provides the flexibility to account for unexpected link loss during system implementation.
