John Pellegrene has been carrying a different business card for about a year now, but the former senior vice president of marketing for Dayton's Department Stores is still a member of the same corporate family.
As senior vice president in charge of marketing for the 411 Target Stores, a division of the Dayton-Hudson company, he has quickly made a dramatic change in "the upscale discount" company's image and its approach to customers.
