Microsoft's announcement that it will manufacture and market a new video game console based on its Windows operating system caught the attention of one major toymaker: Hasbro, which announced a day later it will develop six to eight games to coincide with Microsoft's video game console release, called X-Box temporarily.

In other Hasbro news, Hasbro Interactive signed an agreement with Pearson Television to create interactive games based on several TV shows, including Family Feud.
