Based on leading speech-recognition and natural-language understanding technology, BillPayer bill payment software from Nuance Communications enables bank customers to pay bills over the phone. The solution uses a natural-speech recognition interface that allows customers to use everyday, conversational language for conducting transactions. The solution, certified by Visa Interactive, has industry benchmarks for speech recognition accuracy and scalability from 50 to more than 15,000 words. The application lets customers schedule recurring monthly payments, review past and scheduled payments, and change scheduled payments.
