Fifth Third Bank Adds Document Flexibility.

Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati, is moving to replace reams of documents and microfiche with an electronic archive, using Electronic Document Warehouse software from Mobius Management Systems, New Rochelle, N.Y.

With the system, the $21 billion bank can scan and store the images of a broad range of documents, including reports, customer statements, loan documents and check images. The images then can be made accessible on-line to bank staff.
