THE BRUNSWICK BOATING GROUP announced in late May that it had acquired Triton Boat Company, one of the world's largest freshwater fiberglass fishing boat builders and a dominant force in the aluminum fishing boat segment. The Brunswick Boat Group also includes the Crestliner, Lowe, Lund and Princecraft lines.

"We now have one of the leading bass boat brands in the industry and can better meet our dealers' and consumers' needs for these products," said Dustan McCoy, president of the Brunswick Boat Group.
