Angler numbers on the rise; funding increases for improving resources.(Around the Dock)

The latest figures on the number of fishing license holders in the United States show that there was a 2.1 percent increase from 2003 and 2004.
Approximately 28.5 million fishing license holders were recorded in 2004, according to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's National Fishing License Report. About 27.9 million were reported in 2003.
