STAMFORD, Conn.--SmartServ Online Inc. and Swisscom announced they are concluding definitive agreements to allow Swisscom to license SmartServ's Web and wireless application technology. The technology will allow Swisscom to offer services such as wireless application development, systems integration and hosting.
"SmartServ will be among the first to deliver the promise of Web and wireless ASP services for carriers," said Sam Cassetta, SmartServ's chairman and chief executive officer.
