CARLSBAD, Calf.--Denso Wireless, a manufacturer and supplier of wireless phone, and Unitech Industries, a manufacturer of phone accessories, signed a strategic alliance to jointly develop accessories for phone supplied to Sprint PCS. The companies said they expect to jointly develop digital hand free car kits, single-slot desktop charges, rapid travel charges, vehicle power adapter and charges, batteries, headsets, leather portfolios, leather carrying cases and data connectivity cables linking wireles phones with a personal computer and the Internet.
Additional terms of the agreement were not released.
