Sprint PCS leads pack in customer survey.

Sprint PCS was the big winner in the Yankee Group's annual survey of mobile users, garnering the highest overall ranking from its subscribers among the eight largest U.S. wireless operators. The survey, "The 2000 Mobile User Survey, Part 1: U.S. Wireless Subscriber Preferences and Perceptions at the End of the Second Generation," also found mobile customers place the price of service ahead of quality of service when searching for a wireless carrier.
