HELSINKI, Finland--Nokia Networks announced the Nokia Activ Signet Solution, a solution for secure mobile e-commerce. Aimed at corporate customers, especially financial institutions, the new solution will enable certificate and digital signature validation and online certificate enrollment.
It requires the Enterprise Edition of the Nokia Activ Server and Nokia Activ Security option with client authentication support as an enabling platform for mobile services. "The Nokia Activ Signet Solution for secure mobile e-commerce will be a logical step to support our customers who are creating a vast portfolio of innovative and user-friendly services for their clients," said Jukka Riivari, director of sales and marketing for the corporate division at Nokia....
