Comverse to demonstrate Picture Messaging solution.

ATLANTA--Comverse, a unit of Comverse Technology Inc., demonstrated its Picture, Messaging solution using Java technology-based mobile devices last week at Super-comm. According to Comverse, its Picture Messaging application, which is capable of running on second generation net works, allows users to create, send and forward full-color visual messages between mobile devices.

In other Comverse news, the company will collaborate with Access Co Ltd., which provides embedded Internet software solutions to enable mobile carriers to deliver the mobile Internet over one device that supports CHTML, XHTML-Basic and WAP.
