InterDigital to fund engineering department at McGill.

MONTREAL--InterDigital Communications Corp. announced it plans to fund and guide technical research at McGill University's electrical and computer engineering department. Specifically, InterDigital said it will partner with McGill to research technical approaches to improve the efficiency of wireless networks that carry multimedia services.
